The complete system
The details matter
from eave to ridge.
The panel is only part of the roof. Water management, trim transitions, the layer underneath and ventilation all deserve the same attention.
ConcealGuard is Metal Roof NC’s custom roofing system, built around concealed-fastener metal panels. We bring the components together for your home, with the roof conditions, materials and installation scope laid out in your proposal.

Details that work
together.
Each component has a job to do. We plan them together so the finished roof has a clean appearance and carefully considered edges, transitions and airflow.
Concealed panel fasteners
The 26-gauge panels use a clip-and-cap design that covers the panel attachment points, creating clean roof lines without rows of exposed panel screws. Flashing and perimeter details are specified for the roof.
Kynar 500® finish options
Choose from available factory-applied Kynar 500® finishes. Your proposal confirms the selected color, panel gauge, finish system and applicable manufacturer coverage.
Custom eave & master trim
Custom eave trim incorporates the planned roof-edge projection into the trim detail. The final dimensions, panel termination, wall transitions and other flashing details are confirmed for your roof.
Titanium® UDL50 underlayment
This mechanically fastened synthetic underlayment provides a secondary water-shedding layer beneath the metal panels. We plan underlayment, flashing and any required ice-and-water protection for your roof.
Planned intake & ridge ventilation
Compatible intake and ridge-exhaust details are selected for your roof assembly. Closure profile, airflow and installation requirements are confirmed before a specific vent product is included.
Extended ridge cap
An extended ridge cap completes the roof’s highest point. Its fit, coverage and integration with the vented ridge detail are part of the complete system.
Premium fastening details
ZMAX premium fasteners are specified for applicable connections, alongside the panel clips and attachment details required by the panel system. Fastener type, length and placement are matched to the roof and substrate.
Final materials and installation details depend on roof design, deck condition and manufacturer requirements. Your written proposal identifies the components included in your project.

Good questions
Before you
choose your roof.
Here are a few things to know about ConcealGuard. For answers specific to your home, start with a roof evaluation.
What makes the fasteners concealed?
The panels attach with clips, and a cap covers those panel attachment points. Perimeter trim, penetrations and flashing require their own installation details, which are addressed in your roof’s design.
Is ConcealGuard the same as standing seam?
ConcealGuard uses a clip-and-cap concealed-fastener panel design. It is a distinct option with its own panel profile and installation requirements. We can explain how it compares with standing seam for your roof and budget.
Is Kynar 500® available in every color?
Finish and color availability vary by panel specification. We confirm the Kynar 500® options available for your project and document the color, gauge and applicable finish warranty in your proposal.
What warranty comes with the system?
Manufacturer material and finish warranties apply to the selected components. Your proposal outlines the applicable coverage and installation terms so you can review them before committing.
Can it be installed on my existing home?
That starts with an evaluation of your roof’s slope, deck condition, ventilation, transitions and existing roofing. We then recommend the preparation and installation details appropriate for your home.
Will ventilation lower my energy bills?
A properly designed assembly can help manage roof-space heat and moisture. Energy results depend on the roof’s color and reflectance, insulation, climate and the rest of the home; savings are not guaranteed.
